Every project starts with a conversation — what you want, what you fear, what the budget says. I'd rather over-ask now than guess later.
Wireframes, mood boards, type studies. Cheap iterations on paper before expensive ones in code. We agree on the bones before any pixels fly.
Static mockups lie. The site is the design, and it gets built where it lives — with real type, real motion, real responsive behaviour from day one.
Launch is a milestone, not the finish. A live site reveals what no Figma file can — and the first month after launch is when I do the polish that separates good from great.
